What Loss Changes

The last few months have been among the hardest of my life.Losing Samir has left a silence that doesn’t go away. It has reshaped what I value, where my mind goes when I pause, and how I think about the work I want to spend my time doing.

Not someday.

Now!

At the same time, the world around us is changing at a disorienting pace.

AI is not just another upgrade or feature. It is becoming one of the most important shifts of our lifetime. Software, mobility, healthcare, research, longevity and the creative arts are all being rewritten in real time.

For me, this has brought unusual clarity.

The World Doesn’t Slow Down

I’ve always been drawn to building products and companies from zero to one: the ambiguity, the blank page, the early chaos.

At Icertis Samir and I learned a tremendous amount about values, scaling, leadership, delegation and building systems that can outgrow any one individual.

Now feels like the right time to start from the beginning once again.

I’m excited to share that I’m starting HumanTronik with Kabir Narang, who has been a friend, investor and board member for more than a decade.

We’re pursuing a deceptively simple idea:

How do you convert human intent into measurable business outcomes in an AI-native world?

“I want to set up a data center.”
“We need to increase sales by 10%.”

These are human intentions. Today, the journey from intent to outcome is still messy, fragmented and inefficient.

We believe that profoundly changes when humans and AI work together continuously, not only when an exception needs escalation.

Beginning Again

At HumanTronik, we are building an intent-to-outcome engine: a system that captures human intent and then uses AI to help plan the journey, orchestrate action, and measure progress toward business outcomes.

Not a tool you use.
It is a system you work with.

We’re also exploring Hyper-Personalized Large Language Models (HP-LLMs) that understand individual context, preferences and decision patterns, with the goal of preserving human identity and intent rather than flattening it.

And we’re collaborating with neuroscientists to better understand how humans think, decide and express intent, because AI that truly collaborates with us cannot just be intelligent - it has to be aligned with how we are human.

This is early. We have big aspirations, even bolder ideas and an exciting road ahead.

There is a strange combination of grief and excitement in this moment: a sense of loss, but also a sharp clarity about what comes next.

Maybe that is what makes it meaningful.

If you are building, researching or reimagining how humans and AI will work together, I’d love to compare notes.
If there was ever a time to build, it is now.
