Monish Darda
Monish Darda co-founded Icertis and served as its CTO for 17 years. He helped architect one of the most important enterprise software platforms of the last two decades and now brings that same architectural discipline to HumanTronik.
His perspective is grounded in a simple principle: technology matters only when it delivers real customer value. At HumanTronik, he is focused on building systems that translate leadership intent into reliable execution and measurable outcomes.
He is also writing The DeepSeek Moment, a reflection on how AI may compress time-to-value for the next generation of enterprise systems.
Monish Darda co-founded Icertis and served as its CTO for 17 years. He helped architect one of the most important enterprise software platforms of the last two decades and now brings that same architectural discipline to HumanTronik.
His perspective is grounded in a simple principle: technology matters only when it delivers real customer value. At HumanTronik, he is focused on building systems that translate leadership intent into reliable execution and measurable outcomes.

Kabir Narang
Kabir Narang is a global platform and company builder with over two decades of experience helping build enduring technology businesses and investment franchises. Previously, he was the Founding Partner at B Capital, where he played a key role in building the firm’s global platform, management, and investment architecture and was the first Chair of its Growth IC.
Over his career, he has led some of the most successful investments across the venture funds he has led, including Icertis, one of the strongest-performing investments across multiple platforms.
Kabir led the Series A and multiple rounds after that in Icertis, served on its Board for a decade as the company scaled into a category defining enterprise software company. Earlier in his career, he invested at Warburg Pincus and Eight Roads.
